The EFRC is a not-for-profit corporation founded in 1991 by Joe Taft in Center Point, Indiana to provide permanent homes for exotic felines that have been abused, abandoned, or for some reason have nowhere to live out their lives, while educating the public about these beautiful cats. Today, 205 tigers, lions, leopards, cougars, bobcats and more (9 different species from 22 states and the former Yugoslavia) call the EFRC home. We are the second largest big cat rescue center in the United States.
